MCP tool transparency log

A public, append-only record of the tools that MCP servers advertise, over time. When a server silently swaps a tool after it has been trusted (a rug pull), the change is logged as a signed, publicly provable event. Any client can verify a server's tool history offline against our published key, with no account and no trust in AxioRank.

Each entry can be fetched with an offline-verifiable inclusion proof at/api/v1/tools-log/entries/{id}/proofand checked against the public key with@axiorank/audit-verify.
